Full shirtwaist dress in navy, white and red mini floral printed tech creponne. Low stand collar on a button-through front fastened to the waist with ivory mother-of-pearl buttons. Long inset sleeves finish in single button cuffs. Waist is defined with a self-fabric belt through loops at the side. Skirt flares out below the waist with the fullness and volume exaggerated by a series of tiered flat ruffles graduating down into a full flowing hem that is cut to drape longer at the sides.
