At The LBD Shop, we are committed to providing a considered and seamless shopping experience.
Online Purchases (Full Price Items)
We offer a refund, exchange, or store credit under the following conditions:
- The item is unsuitable (excluding accessories such as bags, scarves, lingerie, and jewellery)
- The item is faulty upon arrival
- The parcel is confirmed lost by the delivery provider
All items are quality checked prior to dispatch.
Returns Process
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at info@thelbdshop.com.au, including your order number and reason for return
- Items must be returned within 14 working days of approval
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns received outside these timeframes or not in original condition will not be accepted.
International Orders
All international purchases are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
Sale Items
All sale purchases are final.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit.
In-Store Purchases
We offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
- Notification must be made via phone or email
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
Refunds are only available if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Gift Purchases
Gift recipients may exchange or receive a store credit if we are notified within 14 days of purchase.

- Store Credit: A credit issued for use online or in-store, valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Exchange: An item selected to the same value as the original purchase
