Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you shop with us in store or online, visit our website, or receive our emails and text messages (together, our "Services").

- Contact information. When you shop with us in store or online, make a styling appointment, or sign up to receive our newsletter, emails or text messages, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number and postal address.
- Purchase information. Details of the products you buy from us, your size and style preferences, and your order history.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or bank details. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Survey and feedback information. Information you give us when you complete a form or survey, give us feedback, or enter a competition or promotion.
- Communications information. Information you share when you contact us by phone, email, text message or social media, including your marketing preferences.
We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website, such as pages viewed and the device and browser you use, through cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Email. We will only send you marketing emails where you have agreed to receive them or where the law otherwise allows. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Text messages (SMS). We will only send you marketing text messages if you have given us your consent, for example by signing up on our website or in our boutique. We send occasional messages about new arrivals, events and offers. Every marketing text identifies The LBD Shop and tells you how to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from texts at any time. Standard message rates from your mobile provider may apply.
You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time by emailing info@thelbdshop.com.au or calling (07) 3367 8808. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still contact you about your orders or appointments.

6. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

- service providers who help us run our business, such as our online store platform (Shopify), point-of-sale system (Lightspeed), email and SMS provider (Mailchimp), payment processors, and delivery partners. They may only use your information to provide services to us;
- a buyer or successor of our business, if all or part of the business is sold; and
- government or law enforcement bodies, where we are required or authorised by law.

7. OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE
Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Mailchimp, may store your personal information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada.
