Effective: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to SMS (text message) marketing from The LBD Shop, 199 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington QLD 4064, Australia.

1. What you will receive

By joining The LBD Shop SMS list, you agree to receive marketing text messages from us about new arrivals, private sales, events, styling appointments and offers. We send messages occasionally, usually no more than four per month.

2. How you join

You can join by signing up on our website, through a form or link we share, or by asking us in the boutique. We will only send you marketing texts if you have given us your consent. Joining our SMS list is never a condition of buying from us.

3. How to stop messages

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to remove you by emailing info@thelbdshop.com.au or calling (07) 3367 8808. Every marketing message we send identifies The LBD Shop and includes a way to opt out.

4. Help

For help, contact us at info@thelbdshop.com.au or (07) 3367 8808 during boutique hours.

5. Costs

We do not charge you for our text messages. Standard message rates from your mobile provider may apply to any replies you send.

6. Your mobile number

You confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission to use it. Please let us know if your number changes.

7. Delivery

Messages are sent through our SMS provider and delivered by mobile networks. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your mobile provider or network.

8. Your privacy

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. For details of how we handle your information, please read our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
