Long inset sleeves finish in single button cuffs. Waist is defined with a self-fabric belt through loops at the side. Skirt flares out below the waist with the fullness and volume exaggerated by a series of tiered flat ruffles graduating down into a full flowing hem that is cut to drape longer at the sides.
